4. מחיקה ממרשם הרכזים
(א)רכז הצעה המבקש להימחק ממרשם הרכזים, יגיש בקשה בכתב לרשות.
(ב)הרשות לא תמחק את רכז ההצעה ממרשם הרכזים, בטרם יתקיים אחד מאלה:
(1)רכז ההצעה העביר את כל פעילותו לרכז הצעה אחר;
(2)אין לרכז ההצעה חובות לגבי ההצעות שנעשו באמצעותו.
