18. הוראות משלימות
תיקון: תשל״ה, תשל״ז [14]
השר רשאי לתת הוראות משלימות בכל ענין הדרוש לשם ביצוע תקנות אלה, לרבות הוראות בדבר הודעות, הזמנות, טפסים, מתן פטור, היתר, אישור, תעודה, חידושם של אלה, התלייתם וביטולם והאגרות שישתלמו בעדם, ולרבות קביעת צופן למתן הוראות לפי תקנות אלה, הדרכים שבהן יובא הצופן לידיעת הנמענים ואמצעי הזהירות שינקטו בשמירה עליו ובשימוש בו.
