17. איסור בעלות צולבת
תיקון: תשפ״א
(א)תאגיד מוסמך לא יחזיק זכויות כלשהן בתאגיד מוסמך אחר; לענין זה, ”החזקה“ – כמשמעותה בחוק ניירות ערך, התשכ״ח–1968.
(ב)סעיף קטן (א) לא יחול על חברת הפיתוח והנכסים בכל הנוגע להחזקה בחברה בת שלה שתפעל למתן שירותי תעבורה ימית בלבד.
