27. תחולת חוק הפיקוח
חוק פיקוח על מחירי מצרכים ושירותים, התשנ״ו–1996 (בחוק זה – חוק הפיקוח), יחול על שירותי נמל הניתנים בנמל מהנמלים המנויים בתוספת השניה, כאילו ניתנו לגביהם צווים לפי סעיף 6 לחוק הפיקוח ונקבע לגביהם כי רמת הפיקוח תהיה לפי פרק ה׳ לחוק האמור.
