44. עדכון עיצום כספי
עיצום כספי יהיה לפי סכומו המעודכן ביום הדרישה לתשלומו, ואם הוגש ערר ובית המשפט הדן בערר הורה על עיכוב תשלומו – לפי סכומו המעודכן ביום ההחלטה בערר.
