33. כבוד הצד שכנגד
עורך דין יטען טענותיו לפני בית המשפט, בין בעל פה ובין בכתב, בדרך ארץ, תוך שמירה על כבוד הצד שכנגד ועל כבוד כל אדם אחר הקשור בהליך השיפוטי.
