15. ניהול הפנקס
(א)הרשם ינהל את הפנקס; פרטי הרישום בפנקס ייקבעו בתקנות.
(ב)מורשה להיפנוט חייב להודיע לרשם תוך שלושים ימים על כל שינוי שחל לגביו בפרטי הרישום, והוא חייב לתת לרשם לפי דרישתו כל ידיעה אחרת לענין הרישום בפנקס.
