28. עונשין [צ״ל: תקנות]
השר יקבע לאחר התייעצות בועדה המייעצת תקנות בדבר –
(1)לימודי היפנוט מוכרים והוראתם;
(2)פרטי הבחינות וסדריהן;
(3)כללים לאישור מחקרים ועריכתם;
(4)כללים בדבר היפנוט של קטינים, חולי נפש ופסולי דין, למטרות ובמקרים המותרים לפי סעיף 6;
(5)כללים להיפנוט במסגרת הוראה מדעית בתחום ההיפנוזה.
