11. ערעור על החלטת בית משפט
תובע, מי שהיה צד להליך למתן צו לפי חוק זה וכל הרואה עצמו נפגע ממתן הצו רשאים לערער על החלטת בית המשפט בתוך 30 ימים ממועד מתן ההחלטה, לפני בית משפט שלערעור אשר ידון בערעור בשופט אחד, שיהיה מוסמך לבטלו או לשנות תנאים בו.
