3. צו הגבלת איתור
מצא בית המשפט כי התקיימה אחת העילות למתן צו הגבלת גישה כאמור בסעיף 2(א), אך סבר שאין מקום להוצאת צו כאמור, רשאי הוא לתת לספק שירות איתור אינטרנטי צו המורה לו שלא לאפשר את איתור אתר האינטרנט שלגביו נתבקש הצו או חלק ממנו.
