121. סיום הליכי הפירוק
(א)עם השלמת הליכי הפירוק של רשות מקומית יודיע המפרק המסדיר על כך למינהלה; להודעתו יצרף המפרק המסדיר דוח סופי המפרט את החובות שהכיר בהם, נכסי הרשות המקומית, הכספים שהתקבלו והוצאות שהוצאו במסגרת הפירוק.
(ב)הודיע המפרק המסדיר על השלמת הליכי הפירוק, תחדל הרשות המקומית מלהיות אישיות משפטית.
