46. מענק אישי בשל ותק
ישראלי שמתקיימים בו התנאים המפורטים בסעיף 44(א)(2) וכן תנאים אלה:
(1)ביום הקובע מלאו לו 21 שנים לפחות;
(2)מרכז חייו היה ביישוב מפונה במשך שלוש שנים רצופות לפחות בתכוף לפני היום הקובע,
זכאי למענק בסכום של 4,800 שקלים חדשים לכל שנה מהשנים שבתכוף לפני היום הקובע, החל ביום הגיעו לגיל 21, שבהן מרכז חייו היה ברציפות ביישוב מפונה; לגבי חלק משנה כאמור יהיה זכאי לחלק יחסי מהסכום האמור.
