56. תקופת הגמול
גמול פרישה ישולם לתובע בעד תקופה שתחילתה ב־1 בחודש שבו התקבלה תביעתו לגמול פרישה וסיומה במועד שבו הגיע לגיל פרישת חובה כהגדרתו בחוק גיל פרישה, התשס״ד–2004.
