65. עסק שפעל בבית מגורים
על אף האמור בסעיף 64 ובתוספת השלישית, פעל העסק בבית מגורים, לרבות בקרקע או בחלקת המגורים כאמור בסעיף 33, ובעל העסק היה זכאי לפיצוי לפי סימן א׳ לפרק זה, והפיצוי בשל העסק הוא פיצוי לפי שווי הנכסים – לא יינתן פיצוי בשל רכיב הקרקע לפי התוספת השלישית.
