97. ערעור על החלטת מנהל מסדיר
לענין ערעור, דין החלטה סופית של מנהל מסדיר כדין פסק דין של בית משפט שלום, ודין החלטה אחרת של מנהל מסדיר כדין החלטה אחרת של בית משפט שלום; בית המשפט המוסמך לענין זה יהיה בית המשפט המחוזי בירושלים, שידון בערעור בשופט אחד.
