14. ועדת שמיעה
לא ינקוט המנהל אמצעי כאמור בסעיף 13 אלא אם כן ניתנה לאופטומטראי הזדמנות להשמיע את הסבריו לפני ועדה בת שלושה חברים שמינה המנהל; הועדה תורכב מנציג היועץ המשפטי לממשלה, שיהיה יושב ראש הועדה, מרופא עיניים וכן מאופטומטראי בעל רשיון של לא פחות מחמש שנים.
