4. הוראות לתקופת ביניים
כל עוד לא קיים בישראל בית ספר כאמור בסעיף 3(1), יתן המנהל רשיון גם למי שאינו בעל השכלה כאמור בסעיף 3, ובלבד שהתקיימו בו שני אלה:
(1)בידו תעודה המעידה כי סיים בהצלחה לימודי אופטומטריה בישראל, במוסד ולפי תכנית לימודים שהכיר בהם המנהל לפני תחילתו של חוק זה;
(2)הוא מילא אחר דרישות סעיף 2(ב)(2) ו־(3).
