14. הוראות בית המשפט
לפי בקשה של האפוטרופוס הכללי, של מעונין או של היועץ המשפטי לממשלה, ואף מיוזמתו הוא, רשאי בית המשפט לתת לאפוטרופוס הכללי הוראות בכל הנוגע למילוי תפקידו וכן בענין מתן הענקות לאדם הזכאי למזונות מבעל נכס עזוב ומתן הלוואות לבן־זוג או לקרובי משפחה של בעל הנכס.
