22. הוראות מעבר
נכסים שעל פי צו לפי פקודת האפוטרופוס הכללי, 1944 (להלן – צו קודם), היו מוקנים לאפוטרופוס הכללי או שהיו בניהול שלו או של אדם אחר, יראו אותם מתחילת חוק זה כאילו ניתן לגביהם צו ניהול או צו לפי סעיף 8(א), לפי הענין, אולם התקופה האמורה בסעיף 15(ג) תחושב מתחילת הצו הקודם.
