27. תקופת תקפן של הוראות מסויימות
כשתפורסם ברשומות הכרזה לפי סעיף 9(ד) לפקודת סדרי השלטון והמשפט, תש״ח–1948, כי חדל מצב החירום במדינה יחדל תקפם של סעיפים 11, 12, 13, 19, 20(ו), 24 ו־26, ובמקום המלים בסעיף 20(א) ”כיהן כשופט בבית משפט אזרחי או כעורך־דין באותו שטח או בכל חלק של ארץ ישראל שלא נקבע בצו כאמור“ יבוא ”כיהן באותו שטח כשופט בבית משפט אזרחי או היה בו עורך־דין“.
