6. תחולה והוראת מעבר
(א)תקנות אלה יחולו גם על כספים שהתקבלו לניהול האפוטרופוס הכללי ושהיו מושקעים לפני תחילתן של תקנות אלה.
(ב)על אף האמור בתקנת משנה (א), כספים עודפים שהיו מושקעים לפני תחילתן של תקנות אלה בדרך השקעה שלא לפי תקנות אלה, ומשיכת הכספים תפגע בשווי קרן ההשקעה או בפירותיה, יוסיפו להיות מושקעים באותה דרך עד מועד הפירעון שהוגדר מראש, וממועד זה ישקיע אותם האפוטרופוס הכללי לפי תקנות אלה.
