1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”הוועדה“ – הוועדה המקצועית המייעצת שמונתה לפי סעיף 31 לחוק;
”יושב ראש הוועדה“ – חבר הוועדה שנקבע כיושב ראש לפי סעיף 31(א)(1) לחוק;
”משקיף“ – מי שהמנהל מינה למשקיף לאחר שארגון שהוכר על ידי השר לפי סעיף 31(ב) לחוק מסר למנהל הודעה בכתב כי הוא נציגו לעניין אותו סעיף.
