Section 10 of תקנות הפיקוח על מזון לבעלי חיים (ועדה מקצועית מייעצת), התשע״ז–2017, מילוי מקומו של יושב ראש הוועדה ופקיעת כהונתו.
10. מילוי מקומו של יושב ראש הוועדה ופקיעת כהונתו
(א)נבצר מיושב ראש הוועדה למלא את תפקידו, שלא דרך קבע, יקבע המנהל מי מבין חברי הוועדה שמונה לפי סעיף 31(א)(1) לחוק, ימלא את מקומו, ויהיו נתונות לו כל הסמכויות של יושב ראש הוועדה.
(ב)תקופת מילוי מקומו של יושב ראש הוועדה כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) לא תעלה על חמישה חודשים.
(ג)נבצר מיושב ראש הוועדה למלא את תפקידו בתקופה הארוכה מחמישה חודשים, יראו בו כמי שנבצר ממנו, דרך קבע, למלא את תפקידו לפי תקנה 7(א)(5).
