Section 6 of תקנות הפיקוח על מזון לבעלי חיים (ועדה מקצועית מייעצת), התשע״ז–2017, תקופת כהונה של חבר ועדה.
6. תקופת כהונה של חבר ועדה
(א)תקופת כהונתו של חבר הוועדה תהיה ארבע שנים מיום מינויו, וניתן לחזור ולמנותו לתקופת כהונה נוספת אחת.
(ב)תמה תקופת כהונה של חבר הוועדה וטרם חודש מינויו או מונה חבר אחר במקומו, ימשיך חבר הוועדה לכהן במשך ארבעה חודשים נוספים, עד למינויו מחדש, או עד למינוי חבר חדש במקומו, לפי המוקדם.
