24. ביצוע הוראות בדיקה, החזרה מהשוק או השמדה
(א)נתן המנהל הוראה לפי סעיפים 19, 20, 21 או 23 וההוראה לא בוצעה בתוך פרק זמן סביר בנסיבות העניין, רשאי המנהל או מפקח לתפוס את המזון לבעלי חיים שלגביו ניתנה ההוראה, ולבצע פעולות הנחוצות באופן סביר לקיומה.
(ב)הוצאות שהוצאו לשם ביצוע הוראה כאמור בסעיף קטן (א), ובכלל זה הוצאות הובלת המזון לבעלי חיים ואחסונו עד לביצוע ההוראה, מוטלות על מי שהיה חייב לבצעה.
