תיקון: תשע״ט
לצורך ההגדרה ”אזור עימות דרומי“ שבסעיף 1 לחוק העיקרי, יראו כל אחד מאלה כיישוב שמתקיימים בו אותם השיקולים הביטחוניים שמתקיימים ביישובי עוטף עזה בשל סמיכותם לגדר המערכת המקיפה את רצועת עזה, ויחולו עליו הוראות החוק:
(1)דורות;
(2)ברור־חיל;
(3)מבקיעים;
(4)צוחר;
(5)אוהד;
(6)תלמי אליהו;
(7)שדה ניצן;
(8)נווה;
(9)בני נצרים.
