תיקון: תשנ״ח־2
תחילתו של חוק זה ב־1 בחודש שלאחר פרסומו, והוא יחול גם על יתום בחיי הורהו קופחו בתוך 18 החודשים שקדמו ליום התחילה, ובלבד שלא יינתן תגמול בעד תקופה שקדמה ליום התחילה.
