4. אישור פרקליט המדינה
(א)פרקליט המדינה יקבע אם קיים יסוד סביר להניח שחייו של הורה קופחו בידי בן זוגו עקב ביצוע פשע.
(ב)פרקליט המדינה יתן החלטתו תוך חודש מהיום שבו הגיעה לידיו בקשה לאישור כאמור בסעיף קטן (א), אלא אם כן החליט להאריך את התקופה, מטעמים מיוחדים שיירשמו.
