14. נזק העובר תחום אחריותו של המוביל
היו תובעים אחדים בשל מות נוסע אחד והסכום הכולל של דמי הנזק המגיע לכל התובעים האלה עובר את תחום האחריות של המוביל לפי ההראות האחרות של חוק זה, יפסוק בית המשפט לכל אחד מהם, מתוך הסכום הכולל של דמי הנזק המגיעים, סכום בשיעור יחסי לסכום הפיצויים שהיה פוסק לו.
