1. הגדרות
בחוק זה –
”חוק מסדיר“ – הוראת חיקוק המנויה בתוספת בעניין תוכן השלט המפורט לצידה;
”עסק“ – מקום שחלה חובה להציג בו שלט לפי חוק מסדיר, אף אם אינו טעון רישוי לפי חוק או שאינו פועל לשם הפקת רווחים;
”שלט“ – לרבות הודעה, מודעה וכיוצא באלה, שמטרתו אזהרה, הכוונה או מסירת מידע;
”שר ממונה“ – השר הממונה על קביעת הוראות לעניין שלט לפי חוק מסדיר;
”השר“ – שר הכלכלה והתעשייה.
