36א. מועדים להגשת הודעה על נזק ותביעה לפיצויים
תיקון: תשנ״ט־2
(א)הודעה על נזק תוגש למנהל בתוך שבועיים מיום קרות הנזק.
(ב)תביעה לפיצויים תוגש למנהל בתוך שלושה חודשים מיום קרות הנזק.
