53. מסירה
תיקון: תשמ״א
(א)הודעה או כל מסמך אחר שיש למסרם לפי חוק זה מותר לשלחם על ידי הדואר.
(ב)הודעה או כל מסמך אחר המיועדים לבעלים משותפים בקרקע בחלקים בלתי מסויימים ונמסרו לאחד מהם, רואים אותם כאילו נמסרו לכולם, ובלבד שכל אחד מהם רשאי לדרוש מהמנהל שימסור לו בנפרד.
