60. כופר כסף
נוכח המנהל כי אדם עבר על הוראה מהוראות חוק זה, רשאי הוא, בהסכמתו של האדם, לקחת מידו כופר כסף, שלא יעלה על הקנס הגבוה ביותר שמותר להטילו בשל אותה עבירה; הוגשה תביעה פלילית, אין לקבל כופר כל עוד לא ציווה היועץ המשפטי לממשלה על הפסקת ההליכים.
