19. תקציב המועצה
תקציב המועצה למימון פעולותיה והוצאותיה לפי הוראות חוק זה, למעט התקציב למימוש התכנית הלאומית הרב־שנתית לגיל הרך כאמור בסעיף 18(ב), ייקבע במסגרת ההקצאה למועצה לגיל הרך, בסעיף תקציב משרד החינוך, בחוק התקציב השנתי.
