24. חובת מסירת מידע
(א)דרש המנהל פרטים ומסמכים מבעלי ציוד לשם קביעת פיצויים לפי חוק זה, ימסור בעל הציוד למנהל, ללא שיהוי, את המידע והמסמכים שבידו הדרושים לבירור שיעור הנזק.
(ב)בעל ציוד שבמתכוון עשה או נמנע מלעשות דבר שהיה בו כדי למנוע מהמדינה את בירור חבותה או להכביד עליה, אין המדינה חייבת בפיצויים אלא במידה שהיתה חייבת בהם אילו לא נעשה, או נמנעה עשיית אותו דבר.
