בפרק זה, ”השר הממונה“ –
(1)לענין כלי התחבורה – שר התחבורה;
(2)לענין ציוד הנדסי – שר הבינוי והשיכון;
(3)לענין ציוד לייצור חשמל – שר האנרגיה והתשתית;
(4)לענין ציוד הנדרש במקרה של אירוע חירום אזרחי, כהגדרתו בסעיף 90א לפקודת המשטרה [נוסח חדש], התשל״א–1971 (בחוק זה – אירוע חירום אזרחי) – השר לביטחון הפנים.
