101. שמירת סודיות
אדם שהגיע אליו מידע או מסמך לפי חוק זה תוך כדי מילוי תפקידו או במהלך עבודתו ישמור אותו בסוד, לא יעבירו לאחר ולא יעשה בו כל שימוש, אלא לפי הוראות חוק זה ובכפוף להוראות כל דין או על פי צו בית משפט.
