105. רישום זכויות לפי פסק דין
נמסר לרשם פסק דין שבו קביעה בדבר זכויות בעיצוב רשום ולא נמסרה לרשם הודעה בדבר הגשת ערעור על פסק הדין, ירשום הרשם בפנקס את הזכויות שלגביהן נקבע כאמור בתום התקופה להגשת הערעור, אלא אם כן נקבע אחרת בפסק הדין.
