107. המשיבים בערעור
הוגש ערעור לפי סעיף 106, יהיה המשיב בערעור כל אדם שהיה בעל דין בהליכים לפני הרשם, למעט המערער; לא היה בעל דין אחר, יהיה הרשם המשיב בערעור.
