12. הבעלים הראשון של עיצוב שירות
(א)הבעלים הראשון של עיצוב שעוצב בידי עובד לצורך ביצוע תפקידו או תוך שימוש של ממש במשאביו של המעסיק (בסעיף זה – עיצוב שירות) הוא המעסיק, אלא אם כן הוסכם אחרת בין העובד ובין המעסיק.
(ב)התעורר סכסוך בשאלה אם עיצוב הוא עיצוב שירות, רשאים העובד או המעסיק, או מי מטעמם, לבקש מהרשם שיכריע בשאלה.
