36. ציון שם המעצב אינו מקנה זכויות
מי ששמו צוין בפנקס כמעצב בהתאם להוראות סעיף 33 לא יהיה זכאי, בשל כך בלבד, לזכות כלשהי בעיצוב הרשום.
