45. הוראות לעניין הודעה לבעל עיצוב רשום טרם פקיעת תוקפו של העיצוב
השר, באישור ועדת הכלכלה, יקבע הוראות לעניין חובת הרשות לשלוח הודעה לבעל עיצוב רשום, באמצעים אלקטרוניים, שבה יצוין כי תוקפו של העיצוב הרשום צפוי לפקוע בשל אי־תשלום במועד של אגרה בהתאם להוראות פרק זה, והכול כפי שיקבע.
