76. דין וחשבון
בתובענה בשל הפרת עיצוב, רשאי בית המשפט לחייב את הנתבע במתן דין וחשבון לתובע לגבי פרטי ההפרה; השר רשאי לקבוע דרך למתן דין וחשבון לפי סעיף זה.
