81. הגשת בקשה בין־לאומית באמצעות הרשות
בלי לגרוע מהוראות סעיף 80, השר רשאי לקבוע הוראות לעניין הגשת בקשה בין־לאומית והעברתה למשרד הבין־לאומי באמצעות הרשות, לבקשת המבקש, ורשאי השר לקבוע לפי סעיף 112(א)(5) כי המבקש יחויב בתשלום אגרה לרשות בעד העברת בקשה כאמור.
