11. פעולות מותרות
על אף הוראות סעיף 10, מותר לבצע את הפעולות המנויות בסעיף זה בלא הרשאת בעל הטופוגרפיה ובלא תשלום:
(1)כל פעולה ביחס לחלקים בלתי מקוריים של הטופוגרפיה;
(2)העתקה למטרות פרטיות;
(3)העתקה לצורך הערכה, ניתוח, מחקר או הוראה;
(4)יצירת טופוגרפיה מקורית אחרת על סמך ניתוח והערכה של הטופוגרפיה.
