השרים, באישור שר האוצר, רשאים בכללים להסדיר הדגרת ביצים במדגרות ואספקת אפרוחים מהן, ולקבוע איסורים והגבלות בקשר לכך, לרבות השמדת אפרוחים ממין זכר של גזעים קלים.
