41. מסחר בחומר רביה
תיקון: תשס״ג־2
(א)השר רשאי לקבוע כללים בדבר המסחר בביצי דגירה ולהתנותו, על פי הכללים, בקבלת רשיון בכתב מאת המועצה לרבות קביעת תנאי הרשיון והוראות בדבר ביטולו.
(ב)הוראות סעיף קטן (א) לא יחולו על יצרן ביצי דגירה המוכר תוצרתו.
