50א. אגרה ודיווח
תיקון: תשל״ה, תשס״ג־2, תשע״ו, תשע״ח
(א)השר רשאי בכללים לקבוע –
(1)אגרה בעד מתן שירותים כאמור בסעיף 3(2) ו־(6), למעט אגרה בעד שחיטה;
(2)מועדים ודרכים לתשלום האגרה, לרבות ניכויה מסכומים המגיעים לחייבים בה מהמועצה, וכן חיוב לנהל רישום ולמסור דינים וחשבונות לענין האגרה.
(ב)כללים מכוח סעיף קטן (א)(1) ייקבעו בהתייעצות עם ועדת הכלכלה של הכנסת.
