52. תמיכה במחירי תוצרת
(א)המועצה רשאית באישור השרים להבטיח למגדלים תמורה הוגנת בעד תוצרת הלול, בהתחשב עם התנודות בהוצאות הייצור בענף ועם תנודות המחירים בשוק, באחת או יותר מדרכים אלה:
(1)קביעת מחירים מובטחים לפני העונה או בראשיתה או קביעת מחירי מינימום מפעם לפעם בתוך העונה;
(2)תמיכות כספיות;
(3)קניית עודפים.
(ב)המועצה רשאית להתנות הבטחת התמורה כאמור בסעיף קטן (א) בקיום הוראות המועצה בדבר ייצור תוצרת הלול או שיווקה.
