54. סמכויות המועצה לשווק
תיקון: תשנ״ג
(א)המועצה מוסמכת –
(1)(נמחקה);
(2)לשווק את התוצרת שקיבלה ליצוא לפי סעיף 49 בשוקי חוץ לארץ בתנאים ובדרכים שתמצא לנכון;
(3)לחלק את דמי המכר של תוצרת הלול ששווקה על ידיה כאמור בהתאם לשיטה של סיבולת ושל הטבות שתקבע באישור השרים.
(ב)האמור בסעיף זה אינו בא לפגוע בכל התחייבות בכתב של המועצה.
